  • Your monthly medication management and psychotherapy subscription plans include unlimited access to all of our cloud-based psychiatric medical services.  Our affordable plans give you the flexibility to choose a combination of packages and price points that provide you with the most utility based on your individual needs. Fees for the plans are non-refundable. 

    There are no fees to cancel, change, or reschedule an appointment. Patients with a delinquent account may become inactive after five (5) business days. All major credit cards and ACH debits are accepted. 

  • Every patient starts off with a face-to-face intake visit which takes place online or at a flexible location near you. You will have a chance to review your medical and psychiatric history with your provider, and determine a treatment plan designed exclusively for you. A pre-intake questionnaire may be administered online.

  • Patients receive unlimited follow-up care on the basis of the subscription plan package they have chosen.  Care can take place online via mobile device or in-person. Sometimes check-ups will be very frequent, if needed, and other times they may be spread apart. Patients may request as many check-up visits as they need. Medication management and psychotherapy are included.

  • Our focus is cutting-edge psychotherapy online from the comfort of your home or in-person at flexible locations near you.    

  • Refills may be requested anytime via email, text or phone. We send all prescriptions electronically. However, some medications require follow-ups.

  • Many psychiatric medications are controlled by the DEA due to the prevalence of misuse and potential dependency. When taken as directed, these medications are therapeutic and safe for use. Any patient who is suspected of misuse or non-compliance is subject to immediate termination and may not be allowed back. Every patient receives routine DEA record checks to ensure safety.

  • We do refer patients for lab work as labs may be required for some patients.

  • Patients may contact our call center 24 hours, 7 days a week. You will receive a reply usually within one business day. General appointment requests and medication questions are acceptable. For medical or psychiatric emergencies, patients will call 911 or seek care at the nearest emergency medical facility.

  • All content from evaluation and visits are completely confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your expressed consent. There are certain circumstances where we are required by law to disclose confidential content if imminent danger is determined to be present which may put you or another person at serious risk for harm. Child or elder abuse is reportable by law.

  • Continuing your medication without interruption is extremely important. Please let your provider know before you travel so that special arrangements can be made around your trip.

  • We will make your medical records available to you on a no-cost basis within 48 hours of request with a written consent.
