We focus on both talk therapy as well as medication management. We use familiar methods of communication such as video, texting and voice messaging to make sure you get quality care in the most efficient way. If required, we also have the capacity to provide in-person talk therapy sessions at flexible location options near you.

Yes. For talk therapy, we collaborate with various leading insurance panels and, in the event that you have no insurance coverage, we offer highly affordable and flexible subscription plans. Similarly, we offer subscription plans for medication management, and also accept most of the major insurance plans.

We specialize in medication management and prescribe many common medications for mental health, including controlled medications. We do not prescribe medications for medical detox or pain management. We do not prescribe medical cannabis nor administer ketamine/esketamine.
